6 Surface quality
GB/T5574-94
The surface of the rubber sheet is not allowed to have cracks or perforations. For other defects that affect the performance, there should be no more than 3 defects per 3m2, and the area of each defect should not exceed 1cm2. If there are other requirements, it shall be agreed upon by both parties. 7 Test methods
7.1 The specifications and dimensions shall be measured with a caliper and a box ruler with an accuracy of 0.05mm. The thickness shall be measured along the width direction of the rubber sheet, and the average value of 5 points shall be taken.
7.2 The determination of oil resistance and acid and alkali (corrosion) resistance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1690. 7.3 The determination of tensile properties shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T528. 7.4 The determination of international hardness shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6031, and the determination of Shore A hardness shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T531. For samples that need to be polished, the test shall be carried out 16 hours after polishing. The arbitration test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6031. 7.5 The determination of hot air aging and heat resistance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3512. 7.6 The determination of low temperature resistance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1682. 7.7 The determination of compression permanent deformation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T7759. 7.8 The determination of ozone resistance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T7762. 7.9 The surface quality shall be inspected by corresponding measuring tools and visual inspection methods. 8 Acceptance rules
8.1 Batching and sampling 30t of the same type of rubber sheet shall be considered as a batch. When the half-monthly output is less than 30t, the half-monthly output shall be considered as a batch. Ten rolls shall be randomly selected from each batch for the inspection of specification size and surface quality, and then one roll shall be randomly selected from the 10 rolls, and sufficient samples shall be taken from 30cm from the end for physical property inspection.
8.2 Inspection classification
8.2.1 Factory inspection
8.2.1.1 Inspection items
Specification size, surface quality and hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, oil resistance, etc. 8.2.1.2 Judgment rules
If there is one unqualified item in the specification size of each roll or two unqualified items in the surface quality of each roll, the roll shall be considered as a defective product. If there are more than two rolls of unqualified products, the batch of products shall be unqualified.
For the inspection of hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break and oil resistance, if one of the indicators does not meet the requirements, double the sample shall be taken for retest. If it still does not meet the requirements, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 8.2.2 Type inspection
8.2.2.1 Inspection items
All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items. Under normal circumstances, hot air aging, heat resistance, low temperature resistance and other items shall be inspected once every quarter, and ozone resistance shall be inspected once every six months. 8.2.2.2 Judgment rules
The sampling batch and judgment method of specification size and surface quality are the same as 8.1 and 8.2.1.2. If one of the indicators of physical performance inspection does not meet the requirements, double the sample shall be taken for retest. If it still does not meet the requirements, the batch or period of products shall be unqualified. 9 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
9.1 Both ends of the industrial rubber sheet should be printed with obvious markings, including: mark, trademark, manufacturer name, production date, and product certificate. The product certificate should include the mark, production date, inspector code, etc. 9.2 Industrial rubber sheets should be rolled and tied tightly into packaging bags or boxes, and the rubber sheet mark, production date, factory name, factory address and quantity should be marked on the packaging. Each package should generally not exceed 60kg. 128
GB/T5574-94
9.3 Industrial rubber sheets should be kept clean during transportation and storage, and should not come into contact with oils, acids, alkalis or other substances that may damage their quality, and should be kept away from direct sunlight.
9.4 Industrial rubber sheets should be placed vertically during storage, with a temperature of -15~~+35℃, a relative humidity of 50%~~85%, and 1m away from heat sources. 9.5 Under the conditions specified in this standard, from the date of manufacture, within a storage period of no more than one year, its quality and performance should comply with the provisions of this standard.
