1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of round and square perforation platescreens with a thickness of less than 3 mm.
This standard applies to sieve plates for screening with a thickness of less than 3 mm, with a basic size range of 0.5 to 10 mm for round holes and 2 to 10 mm for square holes.

4 Types and parameters
4.1 The arrangement of holes shall comply with the provisions of GB10061. Round holes: T-type arrangement (as shown in Figure 1);
Square holes: U-type arrangement (as shown in Figure 2);
Square holes: Z-type arrangement (as shown in Figure 3).

4.2 Basic parameters and dimensions

4.2.1 The basic dimensions of the sieve holes are divided into the first series, the second series and the third series, and the first series is preferred. 4.2.2 The basic parameters and dimensions of the round hole sieve plate shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 235

4.2.3 The basic parameters and dimensions of the square hole sieve plate shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.2.4 The limit deviation of the length and width of the screen plate shall comply with the provisions of tolerance grade h14 in GB1804. If the user has special requirements, it shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer.

4.2.5 The two diagonals of the sieve plate should be equal, and its basic size is the theoretical calculated value of the diagonal of the sieve plate. The size limit deviation should comply with the provisions of tolerance grade h15 in GB1804.

4.2.7 The thickness of the sieve plate shall be agreed upon by both parties, and the selected plate thickness shall be less than the sieve hole size and less than the rib width of the sieve plate. 4.3 The sieve hole marking shall comply with the provisions of GB10061. 261
5 Technical requirements
5.1 The material grade of the sieve plate shall be agreed upon by both parties. GB 10612—89
5.2 The sieve plate shall meet the requirements of the dimensions and limit deviations specified in this standard. 5.3 The sieve plate shall be punched from one side, and the punched surface shall not have burrs. The maximum fillet radius of the square hole of the sieve plate is calculated as follows: 5.4

5.5 The sieve plate is not allowed to have cracks or peeling.
5.6 The sieve plate is not allowed to have defects such as broken tendons, incomplete punching, and missed punching (excluding process missed punching). 5.7 Anti-rust measures shall be taken for the sieve plate.
6 Test methods and inspection rules
6.1 The sieve plate shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard before it can be shipped out of the factory. 6.2 The length and width of the sieve plate, the width of the margin of the sieve plate, the diagonal size, the size of a single sieve hole, the average sieve hole size, the single hole spacing and the average hole spacing size shall be tested. The method is in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.3. 6.3 First, visually inspect the overall condition of the sieve plate on the sieve surface, and then measure in the area with large errors or any selected area. Measure 20 consecutive sieve holes in any direction to determine the average sieve hole size and the average hole spacing size. If the number of holes in one direction is less than the minimum number of holes specified, then measure in the direction with the largest number of holes, and measure the single sieve hole size and the single hole spacing size in the area with large errors. 6.4 The sieve hole size is checked with a vernier caliper or a plug gauge. 6.5 The hole spacing is checked with a vernier caliper.
6.6 The length and width of the sieve plate and the margin width are checked with a steel tape measure. 6.7 The inspection rules are agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 The sieve plate leaving the factory must be accompanied by a quality inspection certificate. 7.2 The sieve hole mark and factory mark should be marked on the sieve plate. 7.3
The packaging, transportation and storage of the sieve plate should be waterproof and rust-proof. Waterproof and anti-rust measures should comply with GB7350.Relevant provisions of GB4879.
The following contents shall be marked on the outside of the package:
Manufacturer name;
Sieve hole mark, sieve plate length and width;
Number of sieve plates (sheets),
Box (package) outer dimensions and gross weight:
Factory number and date.
