No diamond drill is included
5.1 The bed, column, slide, workbench, and grinding head body are important castings and must be aged after rough machining. Important castings of precision and high-precision machine tools must also be aged for the second time after semi-finishing. Other requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3997. 5.2 For the main parts that are easy to wear, such as the grinding head spindle and feed screw, wear-resistant measures corresponding to the service life should be taken. 5.3 The longitudinal moving guide pair of the worktable is an important guide pair, and wear-resistant measures such as wear-resistant cast iron, steel-inlaid guide rails, plastic-coated guide rails or high (medium) frequency induction quenching should be taken.
5.4 The longitudinal moving guide pair of the worktable, the lateral moving guide pair of the slide (or column, grinding head) and the vertical moving guide pair of the grinding head (or slide) should be assessed according to the requirements of "static pressure, sliding (rolling) guide rails". 5.5 The following joint surfaces should be assessed according to the requirements of "particularly important fixed joint surfaces": a) The joint surface between the column and the bed or slide; b) The joint surface between the detachable inlaid guide rail and its mating parts assessed according to "static pressure, sliding (rolling) guide rails". The reverse idle stroke of the vertical feed handwheel with a scale device should not exceed the requirements of Table 2. 5.6

5.7Within the working stroke range, the operating force of the handwheel and handle should not exceed the provisions of Table 3. The operating force of the handwheel and handle should be uniform. 5.8Inspect the cleanliness of the inside of the grinding head components according to the method specified in JB/T9877. For sliding bearings, the cleanliness shall be inspected by weight, and its impurities and dirt shall not exceed 200mg (spot check); for rolling bearings, the cleanliness shall be inspected by visual inspection or touch 2

The machine tool shall be tested for continuous idle operation, and no failure shall occur during the entire operation process. The continuous operation time shall not be less than 4h, and the CNC machine tool shall not be less than 16h. During the test, the automatic cycle should include all functions and the entire working range, and the rest time between each automatic cycle should not exceed 1 minute.
6.1 When the spindle bearing reaches a stable temperature, the temperature and temperature rise measured at the spindle bearing housing or in the bearing system oil tank should not exceed the provisions of Table 4.

6.2 Temperature rise test of hydraulic system. After the system is operated at rated working pressure until the oil reaches thermal equilibrium, the temperature and temperature rise of the oil are checked. 6.3 The grinding head feeds vertically. The error of each feed [calculated according to formula (1)] should not exceed 100% of the vertical feed amount. Note: For machine tools with worktable speed greater than or equal to 35mmin, the maximum allowable punch-out shall be increased by 20% according to the corresponding value in the table. For machine tools using plastic guide rails, rolling guide rails, and hydrostatic guide rails, the maximum punch-out shall be specified in accordance with the design requirements. 6.8 Within the specified range of machine tool speed, the longitudinal continuous feed movement of the worktable and the lateral continuous feed movement of the carriage (or column, grinding head) shall be smooth, and there shall be no impact at high speed and no creep at low speed.
7 Machine tool load test (spot check)
7.1 Operation test of the machine tool bearing the maximum workpiece weight 7.1.1 When the machine tool is subjected to the operation test with the maximum workpiece weight, the machine tool shall operate smoothly and shall not creep at low speed. 7.1.2 After the machine tool is overloaded, the geometric accuracy specified in GB/T4022, JB/T1579, and JB/T4096 shall be rechecked, and appropriate accuracy recovery time shall be allowed according to the design requirements.
7.2 The test of the machine tool grinding head system reaching the maximum rated power is carried out by grinding method, and the test conditions are as follows: 4

8.1 The machine tool accuracy inspection shall comply with the corresponding provisions of GB/T4022, JB/T1579, and JB/T4096. 8.2 The three geometric accuracy items G2b, G5, and G8, and the two working accuracy items P1 and P2 shall be inspected when the machine tool reaches the medium speed stable temperature. According to the characteristics of the machine tool, the inspection items can be appropriately increased. 8.3 Surface roughness of the test piece
When inspecting the working accuracy, the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness R of the test piece is: a) Ordinary machine tools: 0.63μm
b) Precision machine tools: 0.16μm;
c) High-precision machine tools: 0.08um.
8.4 The grinding specifications for the machine tool working accuracy inspection shall be in accordance with the manufacturing regulations. 9 Grinding efficiency test (spot check)
9.1 Test conditions
a) Test piece: the test piece specified in item P2 of the working accuracy inspection; b) Grinding wheel: the grinding wheel supplied randomly;

This standard is a concretization and supplement to GB/T9061, JB/T9872, JB/T9874 and other standards. When accepting machine tools according to this standard, the remaining acceptance items in the above standards that are not concretized by this standard must be inspected at the same time. 4 Accessories and tools

No diamond drill is included
5.1 The bed, column, slide, workbench, and grinding head body are important castings and must be aged after rough machining. Important castings of precision and high-precision machine tools must also be aged for the second time after semi-finishing. Other requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3997. 5.2 For the main parts that are easy to wear, such as the grinding head spindle and feed screw, wear-resistant measures corresponding to the service life should be taken. 5.3 The longitudinal moving guide pair of the worktable is an important guide pair, and wear-resistant measures such as wear-resistant cast iron, steel-inlaid guide rails, plastic-coated guide rails or high (medium) frequency induction quenching should be taken.
5.4 The longitudinal moving guide pair of the worktable, the lateral moving guide pair of the slide (or column, grinding head) and the vertical moving guide pair of the grinding head (or slide) should be assessed according to the requirements of "static pressure, sliding (rolling) guide rails". 5.5 The following joint surfaces should be assessed according to the requirements of "particularly important fixed joint surfaces": a) The joint surface between the column and the bed or slide; b) The joint surface between the detachable inlaid guide rail and its mating parts assessed according to "static pressure, sliding (rolling) guide rails". The reverse idle stroke of the vertical feed handwheel with a scale device should not exceed the requirements of Table 2. 5.6

5.7Within the working stroke range, the operating force of the handwheel and handle should not exceed the provisions of Table 3. The operating force of the handwheel and handle should be uniform. 5.8Inspect the cleanliness of the inside of the grinding head components according to the method specified in JB/T9877. For sliding bearings, the cleanliness shall be inspected by weight, and its impurities and dirt shall not exceed 200mg (spot check); for rolling bearings, the cleanliness shall be inspected by visual inspection or touch 2

The machine tool shall be tested for continuous idle operation, and no failure shall occur during the entire operation process. The continuous operation time shall not be less than 4h, and the CNC machine tool shall not be less than 16h. During the test, the automatic cycle should include all functions and the entire working range, and the rest time between each automatic cycle should not exceed 1 minute.
6.1 When the spindle bearing reaches a stable temperature, the temperature and temperature rise measured at the spindle bearing housing or in the bearing system oil tank should not exceed the provisions of Table 4.

6.2 Temperature rise test of hydraulic system. After the system is operated at rated working pressure until the oil reaches thermal equilibrium, the temperature and temperature rise of the oil are checked. 6.3 The grinding head feeds vertically. The error of each feed [calculated according to formula (1)] should not exceed 100% of the vertical feed amount. Note: For machine tools with worktable speed greater than or equal to 35mmin, the maximum allowable punch-out shall be increased by 20% according to the corresponding value in the table. For machine tools using plastic guide rails, rolling guide rails, and hydrostatic guide rails, the maximum punch-out shall be specified in accordance with the design requirements. 6.8 Within the specified range of machine tool speed, the longitudinal continuous feed movement of the worktable and the lateral continuous feed movement of the carriage (or column, grinding head) shall be smooth, and there shall be no impact at high speed and no creep at low speed.
7 Machine tool load test (spot check)
7.1 Operation test of the machine tool bearing the maximum workpiece weight 7.1.1 When the machine tool is subjected to the operation test with the maximum workpiece weight, the machine tool shall operate smoothly and shall not creep at low speed. 7.1.2 After the machine tool is overloaded, the geometric accuracy specified in GB/T4022, JB/T1579, and JB/T4096 shall be rechecked, and appropriate accuracy recovery time shall be allowed according to the design requirements.
7.2 The test of the machine tool grinding head system reaching the maximum rated power is carried out by grinding method, and the test conditions are as follows: 4

8.1 The machine tool accuracy inspection shall comply with the corresponding provisions of GB/T4022, JB/T1579, and JB/T4096. 8.2 The three geometric accuracy items G2b, G5, and G8, and the two working accuracy items P1 and P2 shall be inspected when the machine tool reaches the medium speed stable temperature. According to the characteristics of the machine tool, the inspection items can be appropriately increased. 8.3 Surface roughness of the test piece
When inspecting the working accuracy, the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness R of the test piece is: a) Ordinary machine tools: 0.63μm
b) Precision machine tools: 0.16μm;
c) High-precision machine tools: 0.08um.
8.4 The grinding specifications for the machine tool working accuracy inspection shall be in accordance with the manufacturing regulations. 9 Grinding efficiency test (spot check)
9.1 Test conditions
a) Test piece: the test piece specified in item P2 of the working accuracy inspection; b) Grinding wheel: the grinding wheel supplied randomly;
C) Longitudinal moving speed of the worktable: high speed; d) Horizontal intermittent feed amount: not less than 1/4 of the grinding wheel width; e) Vertical feed: after the test piece is ground flat, vertical feed is performed once for each horizontal single stroke, and the vertical feed amount is the minimum scale value of the scale each time, and the continuous feed is 10 times, and the horizontal double stroke is performed once without vertical feed.
