This standard is a revision of ZBJ62004-87 "Precision of Radial Forging Machines". The technical content of this standard is basically consistent with that of ZBJ62004-87, and it has only been re-edited according to relevant regulations. This standard shall be implemented from January 1, 2000. This standard shall replace ZBJ62004-87 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and issued by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Forging Machinery. The responsible unit for the issuance of this standard is Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Factory. This standard was first issued in April 1987.

This standard specifies the geometric accuracy, working accuracy and inspection method of radial forging machines. This standard is applicable to radial forging machines for forging sections and shear surfaces of ferrous or non-ferrous metal materials. 2 General requirementswwW.bzxz.Net
2.1 The requirements for radial forging machine accuracy inspection shall comply with the relevant provisions for forging machine accuracy inspection. 2.2 The installation level of radial forging machine in longitudinal and general directions shall not be greater than 0.10-1000JB/T9955,2-1999

2.3 The tolerance value of the test item shall be calculated according to the actual test length. When the calculated result is less than 0.005m or equal to 0.005mm, it shall be ignored. When it is greater than 0.005mm, it shall be calculated as 0.01mm.
2.4 The inspection sequence of this standard does not represent the actual inspection sequence. For the convenience of inspection and testing, the inspection can be carried out in any order.
