4.1 Each straightening machine should be tested at the manufacturer. The test items are: a) No-load test:
b) Load test (performed in accordance with the order contract and order technical conditions). Inspection before no-load test
4.2.1 Check whether all fasteners are tightened, firm and reliable. 4.2.2 Check whether the lubrication of rotating and moving parts is normal. 4.2.3 Check whether the electrical equipment and each connection point are in good condition and correct. Check whether the hydraulic equipment and its pipelines are unobstructed and whether there is any blockage or oil leakage. 4.2.4
4.2.5 Check whether there is any jamming by hand. Only after confirming that all parts are in good condition can the no-load test run be carried out. 4.3 No-load test run
4.3.1 No-load operation for 1-2 hours, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃. 4.3.2 Check whether the lubrication is normal and whether there is any oil leakage. 4.3.3 Check the gear transmission part, and its noise shall not be greater than 85dB (A). mm
