4.1 The hardness of the sintered ring shall be measured using a Vickers hardness tester in accordance with GB4340. 4.2 The dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance of the sintered ring shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB3177 and GB1958 respectively. 4.3 The defects of the sealing end face of the sintered ring shall be inspected by visual inspection, and the micropores shall be inspected by a metallographic microscope at a magnification of 100 times. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992
5. Inspection rules
HG/T2046~-91
5.1 The sintered rings shall be inspected piece by piece by the inspection department before leaving the factory. The inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 3.1~3.10 of this standard. 5.2 The hardness of the sintered layer of the sintered rings shall be sampled and inspected. The sampling method shall be in accordance with GB2828. The normal inspection one-time sampling plan shall be adopted, IL=S-4, AQL=10
5.3 The micropores and surface defects on the sealing end face of the sintered ring shall be inspected piece by piece. 6 Packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The products shall be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and quality certificate. 6.2 The packaging should be able to prevent product damage and parts loss during transportation and storage. The manufacturer shall provide product installation and use instructions according to user requirements. 6.3
