4.4 Preparation of hole filling materials: Generally, water-based hole filling materials and oil-based hole filling materials can be used. Please refer to Appendix B (reference material) for the proportions and mix all components evenly.
5 Preparation of putty: Generally, shellac putty and oil-based putty are used. Please refer to Appendix C (reference material) for the proportions and mix all components evenly. 4.5
5 Other requirements
5.1 The moisture content of the wood on the surface of the coating product should be consistent with the annual average wood equilibrium moisture content in the area of use. 5.2 Before coating, you must be familiar with the composition, performance, use and technical indicators of the coating and use it correctly according to the prescribed method. 5.3 Before painting, the oil marks, glue marks, resin, wood hair and other dirt on the surface of the object to be painted must be treated. The painting site and painting tools must be kept clean, the construction environment temperature should be kept between 15 and 35°C, and the relative humidity should be above 75%. 5.4
5.5 The construction viscosity of the paint must be controlled so that it does not flow or show brush marks when spraying or brushing. 5.6 The last coat of paint must be applied after the previous coat of paint is completely dry (no marks left after removal). 5.7 It is not advisable to add a drying agent when applying the last coat of paint. 6 Quality requirements for the finishing layer
6.1 The physical and chemical properties of the paint film constructed in accordance with the provisions of this standard can reach the levels specified in Table 2. The test method should comply with the provisions of GB/T4893.1~4893.8.
