Summary:
JB/T 9836-2000 This standard is a revision of JB/T 9836-1999 "Technical Conditions for Clutch Driven Disc Assemblies for Tractors". The provisions for material selection of parts were deleted during the revision; technical requirements for torsional characteristics and durability were added. This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of clutch driven disc assemblies for agricultural tractors. This standard applies to dry and normally engaged friction clutch driven disc assemblies for agricultural tractors and agricultural transport vehicles. This standard was first issued in 1975 as NJ 73-75, revised for the first time in 1988 as ZB T63 005-88, and adjusted to JB/T 9836-1999 in April 1999. This standard is a revision of JB/T98361999 (formerly ZBT6300588) "Total Cost Standard for Tractor Clutch Driven Discs". Compared with JB/T98361999, the main technical content changes are as follows: the material selection regulations for driven disc assembly parts have been deleted; the technical requirements for the torsional characteristics and torsional durability of the driven disc torsion damper have been added; the technical requirements for the performance and durability of the driven disc assembly with wave spring sheets have been added. This standard replaces JB/T9836-1999 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Tractor Standardization. 3.1 The driven disc assembly shall comply with the requirements of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.2 Main parts of the driven disc assembly
3.2.1 The materials and heat treatment of the main parts of the driven disc assembly shall comply with the requirements of product performance and service life. 3.2.2 All ferrous metal parts of the driven disc assembly should be treated with rust prevention: galvanizing, phosphating or oxidation, etc., but the spline hole should not be galvanized. 3.2.3
Spline hole of driven disc hub: The rectangular spline fit and spline groove shape and position tolerance should be in accordance with GB/T1144. The recommended fit is dH
