1 Subject content and scope of application
HG/T2055.4-
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of pond glass manholes with sight glass and balancer. This standard is applicable to pond glass containers with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa and a medium temperature higher than -20℃ and lower than or equal to 200C
This standard is generally used for pond glass containers that are frequently opened and can be used as access holes or inspection holes for installation and maintenance. Reference standards

4.1 Manhole covers and protective rings shall be manufactured, tested and accepted in accordance with this standard and the relevant provisions of ZBG94004. 4.2 Gaskets shall comply with HG/T2050, and gasket materials shall comply with the requirements of the general drawing of pond glass equipment. 4.3 Clips and hooks shall comply with HG/T2054.4.4 After the manhole with sight glass and balancer is assembled, it should be easy and flexible to open, and the cover can stop at any position within the range of 0°105°.
4.5 The manhole with sight glass and balancer is subjected to water pressure test and air tightness test together with the pond glass equipment. The test pressure and air tightness requirements shall comply with the requirements of the general drawing of the pond glass equipment.
5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The exposed pond glass surface shall be wrapped with soft materials and the packing shall be firmly fixed. 5.2 Magnetic collision must be avoided during moving and transportation. The packaging box shall not be inverted. 5.3 The product shall be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.4 The product shall be stored indoors and shall not be stored or stacked in the open air. This standard was drafted by the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute of the State Drug Administration. The main drafters of this standard were Jiang Yanjun, Li Yijun and Hua Qiuyuan. This standard refers to the German national standard DIN28153-1983 "Cover plates for DN350×450, 500 and 600 openings on pond glass mixing vessels".
