Place the test sample between the two parallel pressure plates of the test machine, then apply pressure evenly, and record the load and pressure plate displacement until the test sample breaks, or the load or pressure plate displacement reaches the predetermined value. 4 Test equipment
4.1 Pressure testing machine
The pressure testing machine is driven by an electric motor, mechanical transmission or hydraulic transmission, and the pressure plate type must be able to enable one or two pressure plates to move at a relative speed of 10±3mm/min to apply pressure to the test sample. The platen should be flat. When the platen is placed horizontally, the height difference between the lowest point and the highest point of the platen should not exceed 1mm: the size of the platen should be larger than the size of the test sample in contact with it, and the maximum stroke between the two platens should be larger than the height of the test sample. The platen should be hard. When 75% of the rated load of the test machine is applied to a 100mm×100mm×100mm hardwood block at the center of the platen, the deformation of any point on the platen should not exceed 1mm. This block should have sufficient strength to withstand this load without breaking. The lower platen must always remain horizontal, and its horizontal inclination should be kept within 20% of the test during the entire test. The upper platen should be firmly installed, and its horizontal inclination should be kept within 20% of the test during the entire test; or the center of the upper platen should be installed on a universal joint so that it can tilt freely in any direction. 4.2 Recording device
The load error recorded by the recording device shall not exceed 2% of the applied load. The displacement error of the platen is 1mm. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on November 25, 1992 and implemented on June 1, 1993
5 Test procedure
5.1 Preparation of test samples
GB/T 4857.4—
Prepare test samples in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4857.17. The number of test samples is generally not less than 3. 5.2 Numbering of various parts of test samples
Number various parts of test samples in accordance with the provisions of GB3538. 5.3 Pretreatment of test samples
Select a condition for temperature and humidity pretreatment of test samples in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4857.2. 5.4 Temperature and humidity conditions during the test
The test should be carried out under the same temperature and humidity conditions as those during the pretreatment. If the same conditions cannot be achieved, the test should be carried out under temperature and humidity conditions as close to them as possible.
5.5 Selection of test strength value
Select the test strength value according to the provisions of GB/T4857.18. 5.6 Test steps
5.6.1 Plane pressure testWww.bzxZ.net
5.6.1.1 Record the temperature and humidity of the test site. 5.6.1.2 Place the test sample in the center of the lower pressure plate according to the predetermined state, so that the upper pressure plate and the test sample are in contact. First add an initial load of 220N to ensure good contact between the test sample and the upper and lower pressure plates. Adjust the recording device and use this as the starting point for displacement recording. 5.6.1.3 Move the pressure plate distance uniformly at a speed of 10±3mm/min. Pressure should be applied to one of the following situations: the compression load does not reach the predetermined value and the test sample breaks; a.
b. The test sample is deformed in size or the compression load reaches the predetermined value. 5.6.2 Diagonal and edge pressure test
If it is necessary to measure the diagonal and edge pressure resistance of the test sample, a pressure testing machine with both upper and lower pressure plates that cannot tilt freely must be used.
The test steps are the same as those for the plane pressure test.
5.6.3After the test, check the damage of the packaging and contents according to relevant standards and regulations, and analyze the test results. 6 Test report
The test report shall include the following contents:
Name, specification, model, quantity, etc. of the contents; if simulated contents are used, detailed description shall be given; number of test samples;
Detailed description of the name, size, structure and material specifications of the packaging container, accessories, cushioning pads, supports, fixing methods, sealing, bundling status and other protective measures;
The mass of the test sample and contents in kilograms; pretreatment temperature, relative humidity and time; temperature and relative humidity of the test site;
Placement status of the test sample during the test; test phases in series tests; description of test equipment and instruments;
Graphs or data of pressure and deformation of each test sample during the test and the load-bearing duration; record any observed phenomena that can help correctly interpret the test results; record the inspection results after the test;
Submit a test result analysis report;
