4 Technical requirements
4.1 The limit deviation of the basic size of the grinding wheel shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 and Table 3. Table 2

4.2 The geometric tolerance of the grinding wheel shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. Item

4.3 The grinding wheel shall not have cracks, inclusions, and coarse grains shall not be mixed in the fine-grained layer. 4.4 The grinding wheel shall be subjected to static balance test.
4.5 The grinding wheel shall be subjected to rotation strength test.
4.6 The grinding wheel shall be subjected to hardness test.
Test method
Limited deviation
The test method for appearance defects, dimensional deviation and geometric tolerance of the grinding wheel shall comply with the provisions of GB9202. The static balance test method of the grinding wheel shall comply with the provisions of GB2492, 5.3 The test method for the rotation strength of the grinding wheel shall comply with the provisions of GB2493 and GB9202. The test method for the hardness of the grinding wheel shall comply with the provisions of GB2490. 5.4
6 Inspection rules
6.1 The product delivery (or delivery) inspection shall be carried out item by item in accordance with the technical requirements of this standard. Only qualified products can be shipped with a quality certificate. 6.2 The grinding wheel rotation strength shall be fully inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB9202, and other inspection items shall be sampled and inspected in accordance with GB2828. The sampling plan adopts the sub-normal inspection plan. The inspection level adopts the general inspection level 1.
