3.1 Test equipment
Glass container for test liquid and water bath for heating, 3.2 Test liquid
The test liquid adopts a single solvent or mixed solvent for preparing magnetic slurry, 4 Test procedure
4.1 Filter element immersion
Immerse the filter element to be tested in the test liquid,
Put the glass container containing the test liquid and the filter element in a water bath for water bath heating, and stop heating when the temperature rises to about 60℃. After the constant temperature is maintained for 72 hours, take out the filter element and let it dry. 4.2 Filter element performance test
After the filter element is fully dried, inspect the appearance and external dimensions of the filter element according to the technical requirements of HG/T2352, and measure the filtration accuracy of the filter element.
5 Results
After testing according to the provisions of Article 4.2, the filter element that meets the requirements of various technical indicators is judged to be compatible. Otherwise, it is judged as unqualified.
