4.1 Place the sample in the test device and tighten the screws to make the axial cumulative force reach 1.5MP, so that the block and the valve are tightly fitted. 4.1 Place the test device in a temperature and humidity control box with a temperature of 5%27 and a relative humidity of 95%13%. 4.3 The test time is 5×24h
4.4 After the test, take out the test device, separate the packing from the valve support, put the valve stem in a rust removal solution of 20% sodium hydroxide and 5% zinc, clean the valve fiber surface and dry it. 5 Test results and analysis
