This standard is revised based on the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China Standard SG217-1980 "Assorted Hammers". According to the actual needs of the product, this standard changes the wide and narrow screw rods in the original standard assorted hammer accessories to slotted screw rods and cross-slot screw rods.
This standard changes the hardness of the screw rod in Article 4 of the original standard technical conditions from HRC45~50 to HRC48~54. This standard adds Article 4.5 on the assembly requirements of accessories and handles, and Article 4.6 on the connection requirements of hammer heads, handles, side hole screws, and back cover threads, replacing the original standard thread accuracy and the matching tolerance of accessories and handle holes. From the date of implementation, this standard will also replace SG217-1980. This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of the China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. This standard specifies the types, basic dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection regulations, markings, packaging, transportation and storage of assorted hammers and accessories.

3.2 The assorted hammers should have five accessories: triangular file, awl, wood chisel, slotted screw shank and cross-slotted screw shank. The types and basic dimensions of the accessories are shown in Figure 2.

4.3 The knurling on the handle, the head of the side hole screw and the surface of the back cover should be clear and should not have obvious bruises. 4.4 The surface of the hammer should be electroplated or blackened, and its color should be bright and uniform, without rust and exposed bottom. 4.5 The accessories should be easily installed in the handle hole. 4.6 The threaded connection of the hammer head, handle, side hole screw and back cover shall be flexible. 4.7 Accessories shall comply with the following provisions:

5 Test method
Test torque
5.1 The hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230 and the test parts specified in Table 2. 5.2 The surface and appearance quality shall be inspected by visual inspection. 5.3 The connection quality shall be inspected by hand.
5.4 The basic dimensions shall be inspected with universal measuring tools.
5.5 The torque test of the screw rod is carried out on a special torque test device. The head of the screw rod is inserted into the test groove and torque is applied to the handle. After the test, the end of the screw rod shall not produce obvious permanent deformation. 578
6 Inspection and testing

6.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department and accompanied by a product certificate before they can leave the factory. 6.2 The acceptance inspection of products shall be carried out according to the single sampling plan procedure specified in GB/T2828. The classification of non-conforming products, inspection items, qualified quality level AQL (number of non-conforming products per hundred units) and inspection level IL are shown in Table 4.
