Record number: 4081-1999
HG/T3661.1-1999
This standard is formulated based on the existing relevant national standards and enterprise standards in my country, combined with the actual production conditions of various refineries and the experience of technology promotion and application. The main technical indicators are: propylene purity is greater than or equal to 95×10-2, and the total sulfur content is less than or equal to 5mg/kg. The determination of propylene content and total sulfur content in the test method is equivalent to the petrochemical industry standard SH/T0230-1992 "Determination of liquefied petroleum gas composition (chromatographic method)" and the national standard GB/T11141-1989 "Determination of trace sulfur in light olefins by oxidation microcoulometry". Sampling, packaging, marking, safety, storage and transportation requirements are all based on relevant national standards. This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Gas Standardization Technical Committee. The main drafting units of this standard are: Harbin Welding Research Institute and Southwest Chemical Research and Design Institute. The drafting units of this standard are Harbin Refinery and Shanghai Shenheng Gas Company. The main drafters of this standard are Wen Zhonghe, Dai Peishu, Wen Lixing and Shi Weizhen. 677

Propene for welding and cutting
Burning gases for welding and cutting--PropeneHG/T 3661. 1—1999
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of propylene for welding and cutting. This standard is applicable to propylene extracted from catalytic cracking gas in refineries, or propylene obtained from oil and gas extraction and petroleum processing, and is mainly used for metal flame cutting and welding of non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum, and carbon steel thin plates (less than or equal to 2 mm). Molecular formula: CH.
Relative molecular mass: 42.078 (according to the 1997 International Relative Atomic Mass) 2 Reference standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. HG/T3661.1--1999
5.1 Bottled propylene shall be randomly sampled and inspected according to the provisions of Table 2. If any of the test results do not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling shall be conducted from the same batch of products. If there is still one indicator that does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be unqualified. Table 2 Sampling Table

Number of sampled bottles, bottle
5.2 Sampling method shall be carried out according to the method specified in SH0233. 51100
101~500
5.3 Propylene transported in pipeline form shall be sampled and inspected at least once within 4 hours. When any of the test results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the product within 4 hours is unqualified. 5.4 Propylene supplied by storage tanks shall be sampled from each storage tank for inspection. When any of the test results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the product is unqualified.
5.5 The manufacturer or gas supply station shall ensure that all products meet the requirements of this standard. 5.6 The user has the right to conduct inspection and acceptance in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 5.7 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the quality of the product, both parties shall jointly inspect and accept or apply for arbitration. 6 Packaging, marking and safety
6.1 The packaging container shall comply with the provisions of GB5100, and propylene cylinders must be dedicated. 6.2 The filling shall comply with the provisions of GB14193 for weighing and measurement, and the filling coefficient is 0.42kg/L. 6.3 The storage and transportation of propylene containers shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Dangerous Goods Transportation Rules" and the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Pressure Vessels". 6.4 The packaging markings of gas cylinders shall comply with the provisions of GB190, GB7144 and the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Gas Cylinders". The words "propylene for welding and cutting" should be marked on the gas cylinder.
6.5 Safety
6.5.1 The use and management of propylene for welding and cutting should comply with the provisions of GB9448, GB13075 and the "Regulations on Urban Gas Safety Management". 6.5.2 Propylene is a flammable substance. It is explosive when exposed to sparks and high heat. It is explosive when mixed with air or oxygen to a certain proportion. The explosion limit of propylene and air is 2.4% to 10.3% (volume fraction). 6.5.3 Gas cylinders containing propylene cannot be transported or stored in the same vehicle with oxidizing gases such as oxygen. 6.5.4 When in use, the discharge location should be 10 m away from open flames and should be away from radioactive radiation sources. 6.5.5 The gas in the gas cylinder should not be exhausted. The gas cylinder returned for filling should have a residual pressure of not less than 0.05 MPa. 6.6 Propylene should be accompanied by a quality certificate when leaving the factory, the contents of which shall include: a) product name; b) manufacturer name; c) production date and batch number; d) product mass (kg); e) code of this standard.
