Replaces GB/T 9123. 21~-9123.30--1988This standard specifies the types and dimensions of steel pipe blank flanges with nominal pressure PN of 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3, 10.0, 16.0MPa and nominal pressure PN of 5.0, 11.0, 15.0, 26.0MPa. This standard is applicable to steel pipe blank flanges with nominal pressure PNl.6～PV26.0MPa. 2 Referenced Standards

3.1 The types of PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0, PN6.3, PN10.0 and PN16.0MPa grooved steel pipe flange covers shall comply with the provisions of Figure ! , and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 6. 3.2 The types of PN5.0, PN11.0, PN15.0 and PN26.0MPa grooved steel pipe flange covers shall comply with the provisions of Figure 2, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 7 to 10.
4 Technical requirements for flange covers
4.1 The technical requirements for flange covers shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9124. 4.2 The maximum non-impact working pressure of flange cover at different temperatures shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Standard Appendix) of GB/T9124--2000.
5 Marking
5.1 The flange cover shall be marked according to the nominal diameter, nominal pressure, sealing surface type code and standard push number. 5.2 The type code of the sealing surface of the flange cover shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9112. 5.3 Marking examples
