1 Scope

5.1 Sensory test

Pour the sample into a clean white porcelain dish and evaluate it by normal sensory test in an odor-free environment. 5.2 Powdered feed viscosity test
5.2.1 Instrument
Balance: Sensitivity is 0.1.
Graduating cylinder: 200mL.

5.2. 2 Experimental steps
Weigh 50 μg of the original sample into a porcelain basin, add 50ml.-60ml. distilled water, stir by hand at room temperature into a mass, with good viscosity.
5.3 Determination of the particle size of raw materials
Sieve with 200×50-0.2/0.11 test sieve (GB/T6003.1) and 200×50-0.25/0.16 test sieve (GB3/T6003.1-1997). After the implementation of GB/T5917 standard, use a long-T brush to brush gently until the powder can no longer be sieved, and gently tap the brush on the sieve frame for 10,000 times to shake off the material. Weigh and calculate the sieve. 5.4 Test for mixing uniformity

5.5 Determination of powder content in granular feed
5.5.1 Instruments
Balance: Sensitivity 0.1g
Test sieve: 200×50-0.5/0.315 test sieve. Oscillator.
5.5.2 Experimental steps
Weigh about 250α of the original sample, put it into the test sieve, sieve it on the oscillator for 5 minutes, and weigh the sieve. 5.5 3 Calculation

6.1 Sampling and batching rules
6.1.1 Composition of batches
The same products produced in one shift are grouped into one batch. 6.1.2 Sampling method
According to the provisions of (13/T14699.1):
6-2 Inspection classification
6.2.1 The items of factory inspection are sensitivity index, raw material crushing particle size, powder feed viscosity, granular feed powder content, relative protein content, moisture content and packaging.
6.2.2 The items of type inspection are the enterprise items of technical requirements. If any of the following situations occurs, a type inspection should be conducted: when a new product is put into production, when the process and formula have changed significantly, which may affect the product performance; 4
In normal production, an inspection should be conducted every six months: when production is stopped for more than three months and when production is resumed; when there is a significant difference between the inspection and the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision and inspection agency proposes a type inspection. 6.3 Judgment rules

6.3.1 If any of the sanitary indicators inspected does not meet the standard requirements or there is mildew, rancidity, caking, or worms, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products.
6.3.2 If any of the other indicators inspected does not meet the standard requirements, the unqualified items shall be re-inspected. If the re-inspection results still do not meet the standard requirements, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products: 7 Marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Marking, labeling
Product marking and labeling shall be implemented in accordance with GB10618. 7.2 Packaging
The product is packaged in a bag with seams. The seams should be firm and not damaged or leaking. The packaging material should be moisture-proof, leak-proof and tensile-resistant. The packaging bag should be clean, pollution-free and have clear printing. 7.3 Transportation
When transporting the product, it is not allowed to use vehicles that have been used to transport chemicals, pesticides, coal, stone and other pollutants that have not been disinfected. During transportation, it should be protected from exposure to the sun and rain. During loading and unloading, it is strictly forbidden to use hand hooks for transportation. It should be placed with care. 7.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a dry and cool warehouse to prevent moisture, pollution from harmful substances, rodent damage and other damage. 7.5 Shelf life
The shelf life of the product is 3 months,
