Filter plates shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1
General technical requirements not specified in this standard shall comply with the provisions of relevant national standards and industry standards. 4.3 Filter plates shall be injection molded. Their acid and alkali resistance shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The main raw material of the filter plate is modified polypropylene, and its mechanical properties should meet the requirements of Table 3.

The screws or rivets used for combined filter plates shall not be higher than the working surface of the filter plates, and the edge misalignment shall not be greater than 2mm. 4.4
4.5 After the filter plates are assembled, their surfaces should be flat and smooth, without warping or corrugation. The flatness requirements are: the filter plate diameter should be no more than 3mm for a 1.8m filter plate, no more than 4mm for a 2.7m filter plate, and no more than 5mm for a 3.8m filter plate.
4.6 The filter plate angle error should be within the range of -5~0°, the filter plate length tolerance should be within the range of ±5mm, the working surface ribs and edge thickness should be uniform, and the error should be within the range of ±1mm.
4.7 The processing quality of the filter plate shall comply with the following provisions: JB/T3275—2001
a) No cracks or poor plasticization are allowed on the entire filter plate surface; b) There shall be no more than 3 bubbles with a diameter greater than 5mm; b) There shall be no more than 10 foreign impurities affecting the mechanical properties. 4.8 The cylindrical sleeve matching the filter plate is made of engineering plastics, and its tensile strength shall not be less than 70MPa. 4.9
The scope of supply of a set of filter plates shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. Table 4

5.1 The filter plate must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. When it leaves the factory, it should be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is qualified. 5.2 When the filter plates are shipped in batches, 5% of them should be randomly inspected, and the inspection items should meet the requirements of 4.5, 4.6, 4.7 and 4.8. 5.3 Each mold is only inspected once, and it must be re-calibrated when the mold is updated or the filter plate material is replaced. 5.4 Use a Shore hardness tester to test the Shore hardness of the filter plate according to GB/T2411. 5.5 The mechanical properties of the filter plate raw materials and the tensile strength of engineering plastics should be tested according to the requirements of GB/T1040 and GB/T1043. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The filter plate should have the manufacturer's name, factory logo, trademark and production date on the small end. The form of the mark is not limited, but it should be able to be preserved for a long time without affecting the use.
6.2 The filter plate should be fully enclosed. The packaging box should be able to prevent compression and deformation, and its markings should comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB/T6388. 6.3 The filter plate packaging box should be accompanied by a product certificate and a complete set of delivery details. 6.4 The filter plate should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, the temperature should be within the range of 0~60℃, and 3m away from the heat source. It is strictly forbidden to store it in the open air. 3
