This standard is a revision of B/119022-90 "Diaphragm Coupling". The difference between this standard and Z8/T119022--0 is: the torque range is 25~10000N·m: including JMI type, IM1 type, JMT type, JMU type, etc.; the shaft hole length is preferred; the technical conditions are supplemented: the test method is added; the test rules are supplemented, and the contents of the standard are replaced by ZB/T119022--90 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard. The National Technical Committee for Standardization of Machine Shafts and Accessories proposes the standard. The drafting units of this standard are: Ruixie Science Research Institute, China Micro-Mechanical Group Corporation. The main drafters of this standard are: Zhi Mingheng, Yue An, Wang Youping, Zhao Wanming. The author of this standard: 19! The first model was released in June

Product standard specifies the types and parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of JM1, JMII, JMII, and JMII diaphragm couplings (referred to as couplings) of type F. This standard is used to connect two coaxial dynamic shaft systems, has a certain performance of compensating for the misalignment of the two cabinets, and has an ambient temperature of -20-+250, and transmits a nominal torque of 25-10000000. 2 Referenced standards
