3 Technical requirements

4.3 The determination of moisture shall be carried out in accordance with HG/T2275.4. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The sampling of analysis samples of realgar and orpiment products shall be carried out in accordance with HG/T2275.2. 5.2 Each batch of mineral products shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the production mine. The production mine shall ensure that all indicators of the delivered batch of realgar and orpiment products meet the requirements of this standard and attach a quality manual. 5.3 The user has the right to inspect the quality of realgar and orpiment products supplied by the production mine in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If there is any objection, it should be raised within 15 days after arrival.
5.4 If the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality and arbitration is required, arbitration should be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the "Interim Measures for National Product Quality Arbitration Inspection".
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The content of the quality manual includes: the name of the production unit, the name of the product, the quality index, the net weight of the product, the batch number, and the date of delivery. 6.2 Lump-shaped superior products are packed in wooden boxes (630mm×330mm×230mm) lined with kraft paper, with a net weight of 50±0.5kg or in composite woven bags (GB8947), with a net weight of 25±0.5kg; Lump-shaped first-class products and qualified products are packed in double-layer sacks, with a net weight of 50±0.5kg; flotation concentrate products are packed in composite woven bags (GB8947), with a net weight of 25±0.5kg. The packaging boxes are sealed with iron nails, and the packaging bag mouth is folded and sewn mechanically or manually, with a stitch length of no more than 10mm, and it is tight and leak-proof. 6.3 The product name, production grade, product net weight, production unit and registered trademark should be marked on the package. 6.4 Realgar and orpiment products are transported by car or ship after packaging. During transportation, they should be protected from sunlight, moisture and damage to the packaging. 6.5 Realgar and orpiment products should be stored in warehouses with good ventilation and moisture. 7 Safety
