1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, size, technical requirements and relevant use regulations of carbon steel normal pressure manhole. This standard is applicable to normal pressure manholes with a non-impact working pressure of less than 0.07MPa and a working temperature lower limit of 0℃ and an upper limit of 60～200℃.
Note: The upper limit working temperature is determined by the material type of the selected rubber sealing gasket. 19

The technical requirements of manholes shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 "Technical Conditions" in HG21514. 23
