This standard is proposed and managed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. This standard was drafted by the Anhui Provincial Health and Epidemic Prevention Station and the Zhejiang Provincial Health and Epidemic Prevention Station. This standard was first issued in 1985 and revised for the first time in 1996. This is the second revision. 460
