This standard specifies the analysis method of hygienic indicators of polyamide epoxy resin coating composed of epoxy resin polyamide curing agent. This standard applies to the analysis of the hygienic indicators of polyamide epoxy resin coatings used for corrosion protection on the inner walls of storage tanks and vehicles that are in contact with wine, soy sauce, fermented food, pickled food and edible oil. 2 Normative references

GB/T5009.60-2003 Analysis method for hygienic standards of polyethylene, polystyrene and polypropylene molded products for food packaging GB9686 Hygienic standards for polyamide epoxy resin coatings on the inner walls of food containers 3 Sensory inspection (including the use of containers and the preparation of samples, etc.) 3.1 After the coating is cured and formed into a film, the surface is smooth, uniform and free of pores. 3.2 The coating film does not crack, bubble or fall off after immersion. 3.3 The dark coating liquid is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, and precipitate-free transparent liquid, which shall comply with the provisions of GB9686. 4 Sampling method
4.1 Use a 100mm×50mm aluminum plate (thickness 0.5mm~1mm) or a glass plate (thickness about 2mm) as the substrate, and paint the sample plate according to the actual construction process for immersion test (the coating area can be calculated separately for single-sided or double-sided coating). 4.2 Immersion conditions
4.2.1 Sample 1cm is calculated as 2mL immersion liquid. 4.2.2 Distilled water: 60℃, 2h.
4.2.3 Acetic acid (4%). 60℃, 2h.
4.2.4 Ethanol (65%): 60℃, 2h
4.2.5 n-hexane: room temperature, 2h.
5 Evaporation residue
