This standard applies to the analysis of the hygienic indicators of polyamide epoxy resin coatings used for corrosion protection on the inner walls of storage tanks and vehicles that are in contact with wine, soy sauce, fermented food, pickled food and edible oil. 2 Normative references

4.1 Use a 100mm×50mm aluminum plate (thickness 0.5mm~1mm) or a glass plate (thickness about 2mm) as the substrate, and paint the sample plate according to the actual construction process for immersion test (the coating area can be calculated separately for single-sided or double-sided coating). 4.2 Immersion conditions
4.2.1 Sample 1cm is calculated as 2mL immersion liquid. 4.2.2 Distilled water: 60℃, 2h.
4.2.3 Acetic acid (4%). 60℃, 2h.
4.2.4 Ethanol (65%): 60℃, 2h
4.2.5 n-hexane: room temperature, 2h.
