Y Gong 145 This part is applicable to the sampling of tobacco flavors and raw materials for inspection by quality inspection agencies. 1. Tobacco and liquid materials production enterprises shall strictly implement the control plan and formulate sampling methods. 2. Reference standards

The light sample taken for inspection or testing by the laboratory for testing or testing 4 Sampling specifications
4.1 Partially, 1UUL cigarette or liquid is the sample. Laboratory sample + two samples are connected. 4.2 The same weight and the same specification of the product are used as batches, 4.3 The inspection personnel shall send personnel holding the sampling notice to the designated location for sampling. 4.4 The sampling personnel shall complete the sampling within the specified time. If there are other requirements, the sampling personnel shall return the sample to the production enterprise.

4.5 The sample should be packed tightly and carefully transported. The samples shall be sent to the quality inspection organization as soon as possible after the sampling is completed.
4.6 The sample should be checked separately in the batch. 4.7 The sampling personnel shall take the sampling site to record the form. The form is in triplicate. The first one is recorded as the sampling person, the second one is collected with the sample packaging, and the third one will be collected by the auxiliary inspection unit as a thank you. 4.8 The following information should be recorded in the sampling record: 1. Product name, code, specification, number, production batch number, production period, product quality and other characteristics that can distinguish different batches of the same material! 2. Sampler 3. Sampling time 4.9 The following information should be recorded in the sampling record: 1. Oil sample list: 2. Sampling person 3. Oil sampling time 4. Sampling tools 5. All the items in the sampling list should be leveled before use. The tools should be made of materials that are not corroded by tobacco and sugar, and the following are the products:

5.2 The standard product is stored in the brown glass container. The upper part of the empty space should be ~10%, and the container should be tightly sealed. In order to avoid contamination of the sample under any circumstances, the upper part should be sealed with fire, olefin or water-repellent paper 6 unique sampling procedures
6.1 When sampling in a silk production enterprise-the hot sampling point is the product warehouse, and when selecting a sales enterprise, the production point should be selected in the whole industry. 6.2 Before sampling, the tobacco products should be collected according to the mixed sentence, and the sampling should be randomly sampled according to the provisions of Table 1. F.3 Collect all the samples taken according to 5.3 and list them evenly, then draw two units of sample with chemical representation from them. Fill in the vehicle record form according to the requirements of 4.3 and 4., and each unit of product should be accurately matched.
