This standard specifies the test method for detecting the adhesion of graphite emulsion of kinescope GB/T15064.4-94
This standard is applicable to the determination of the adhesion of graphite emulsion coated inside the cone of kinescope, graphite emulsion of tube neck, graphite emulsion coated outside, and conductive graphite emulsion inside and outside of black-and-white kinescope.

f. Adhesive tape: peeling force 6.9~7.0 Newton, width 25mm; g. Brush or writing brush.
4 Test steps
4.1 Preparation of test pieces
4.1.1 Preparation of test pieces of graphite emulsion coated inside cone of color picture tube, graphite emulsion on tube neck and conductive graphite emulsion inside black and white picture tube. 4.1.1.1 Take two microscope slides and wipe them clean with absorbent gauze. 4.1.1.2 Prepare the test pieces according to the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB/T15064.1. Use a brush or writing brush to evenly apply the mixed sample on the glass slide.
4.1.1.3 After the coating test piece is left to dry, put it in a drying oven at 105-110℃ for 30 minutes, then heat it in an electric furnace at 450℃ for 30 minutes, and then put it in a drying oven at 105-110℃ for 15 minutes, and take it out to cool naturally for 10 minutes. 4.1.2 The preparation of the test piece of graphite emulsion coated on the outside of the color picture tube and the conductive graphite emulsion coated on the outside of the black and white picture tube shall be made according to the steps of 4.1.2.1~~~4.1.2.4 in GB/T15064.3, and the drying time in the drying oven is 20 minutes. 4.1.3 Use a film thickness gauge to measure the coating thickness (accurate to 1um). The thickness of the dry coating should be 10-30μm, otherwise a new test piece should be made. 4.1.4 The graphite emulsion coated inside the cone of a color picture tube, the graphite emulsion coated on the neck of the tube, and the conductive graphite emulsion coated inside a black-and-white picture tube may also be prepared according to the steps of 4.1.1.1 to 4.1.1.6 in GB/T15064.3; the graphite emulsion coated outside a color picture tube and the conductive graphite emulsion coated outside a black-and-white picture tube may be prepared according to the steps of 4.1.2.1 to 4.1.2.5 in GB/T15064.3 (the drying time in the drying oven is 20 minutes). 4.2 Determination of adhesion rate
4.2.1 In the center of the coating surface of the test piece, use a grid marker or a blade to draw 11 lines horizontally and vertically, intersecting vertically, with a distance of 1mm between the lines, to draw 100 squares.
4.2.2 Gently stick the adhesive tape on the squares of the coating of the test piece, and roll it back and forth with a 2kg roller - times. 4.2.3 Pull one end of the tape at a 45° angle by hand, peel off the tape within 1s, record the number of squares peeled off, and stick the tape on the recording paper.
4.3 Calculation of results
4.3.1 The adhesion rate X (%) is calculated as follows:
X=100-n
Where: n-the number of squares transferred to the tape. 4.3.2 Take the arithmetic mean of the measured values of the two test pieces as the test result. Additional Notes: bzxZ.net
