4 Inspection methods and inspection specifications
Appearance inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of JB/10231.1-2001. 4.1 Surface roughness
Surface roughness inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5 of 3B1023112001. 4.3 Testing
4.3. 1. The detection method of the radial force of the rusted part axis on the circumference of the detection piece is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. Place the milling cutter on the V-shaped soft, the handle passes through a steel ball and a positioning block, and the dial indicator probe is vertically touched on the circumferential blade within 5mm from the end of the end mill: read the dial readings on each cutting system in turn, and take the difference between the maximum and minimum values. The end face of the adjacent tooth difference is subjected to the force on the end face of the handle axis. The detection method is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. Place the end mill on the √-shaped iron, the handle passes through a steel ball and a positioning block, and the dial indicator probe is melted on the end mark within 2m of the original outer circle. , read the dial indicator readings on the sharpening edge in turn, and take the difference between the maximum and minimum values

4.4.1 Inspection method
The diameter shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of 10.1 in T102311-2001. The working part diameter strength is expressed by the working part diameter difference. Point A is measured near the tip of the tool. Points A and C are approximately distributed in the middle and rear. The absolute value of the reading difference between points A and B and the absolute value of the reading difference between points A and C are taken respectively. For milling cutters with a diameter less than 16 mm, only points A and C are allowed.
4.4.2 Pull test equipment
Outer diameter ten-point ruler , two-groove micrometer, five-groove micrometer. 4.5 The shank diameter of the green shank end mill shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of 10.1 in JB/T10231.1-2001. 4.6 The shank diameter of the taper shank end mill shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 and Chapter 1 in JB/T10231.1-2001. 4.7 The overall length and working part length shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of 10.1 in JB/T10231.1-2001. 4. 8 Hardness
The hardness test shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T10231.1-2001 11.3. 4.9 Marking and packaging
The marking and packaging test shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 13 and Section 14 of JB/T10231.1-2001.
