Miner's cap lamp cords and scope of application
This standard specifies the product varieties, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for miner's cap lamp wire products. This standard applies to mining copper core rubber insulated rubber sheathed cap lamp wires. This standard should be used together with GB12972.1.
2 Usage characteristics
2.1 The working voltage is DC 5V.
2.2 The long-term allowable operating temperature of wire conductors is +165°C. 3 model

5.3.1 The insulation uses natural rubber as the base material, and its performance should comply with the provisions of Appendix A of this standard. 5.3.2 The thickness of the thinnest point of the insulation should not be less than 90% of the specified thickness minus 0.2mm. 5.3.3 Before stranding, the insulated wire core should withstand the power frequency AC spark voltage test with a voltage of 2000V. 5.4 Cable core
5.4.1, the strengthening core is located in the center of the cable core, the cable core stranding pitch should not be greater than 13mm, and the stranding direction is right. 5.4.2 The tensile breaking force of the reinforced core should not be less than 196N. 5.4.3 The cable core is allowed to be covered with an isolation layer, which can be paper tape or tape of suitable material. 5.5 Sheath
