This standard specifies the selection and application guidelines for risk assessment techniques. This standard does not cover all risk assessment techniques. The fact that the techniques are not introduced in the standard does not mean that they are invalid. This standard is applicable to organizations to guide the selection of appropriate risk assessment techniques, general risk management standards, and organizations of all types and sizes. For the safety aspects of this standard, please refer to GB/T20000.4—2003.
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T1.1—2009. This
standard is prepared with reference to ISO/IEC31010:2009 "Risk Management Risk Assessment Techniques" (English version).
