This standard is a revision of GB7025-86 based on the international standard IS04190/3:1982 "Installation of Passenger Elevators-Part 3: Class V Service Elevators", and is equivalent to the international standard in terms of technical content. In order to adapt to the adoption of international standards for elevator products, facilitate international technical exchanges and the import and export of elevator products, this standard adopts a classification method consistent with ISO4190, that is, the categories of elevators are defined as follows: Class 1: Elevators designed for transporting passengers. Class II: Elevators designed mainly for transporting passengers and also for transporting goods. Class III: Elevators designed for transporting beds. Class IV: Elevators designed for transporting goods usually accompanied by people. Category V: Miscellaneous elevators.
The contents of Category I, I, and subcategory elevators have been discussed in GB/T7025.1. The contents of Category IV elevators have been discussed in GB/T7025.2. This standard will replace GB7025-86 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Elevator Standardization. The drafting units of this standard: China Schindler Elevator Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Elevator Industry Co., Ltd., Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd., and Shenyang Elevator Factory.

ISO Foreword
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation composed of national standardization groups (ISO member groups). The formulation of international standards is usually completed by ISO technical committees. Each member country has the right to participate in the technical committee of its interest. All international associations, governmental and non-governmental, in contact with ISO may participate in international standardization work. Before the draft international standards proposed by the technical committees are adopted as international standards by the ISO Council, they are sent to the member countries for comments.
International standard ISO4190/3 has been developed by ISO/TC178 Technical Committee on Elevators, Escalators and Moving Walkways and was sent to the member countries for comments in November 1980.
The following member states have expressed their approval of this international standard: Austria
Czechoslovakia
Federal Republic of Germany
Democratic Republic of Korea
Romania
Belgium
Canada
Hungary
Mexico
The following member states have expressed objections for certain technical reasons: United Kingdom

This standard specifies the main parameters of class V elevators and the dimensions of the car and shaft, which are widely used in various types of buildings. 2 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
2.1 Class V elevators (service elevators) lifts of class V (service lift) serve the specified floor station and have a car. Due to the structural mode and size, people cannot enter the car. The car runs between two rows of rigid guide rails, which are vertical or with a vertical inclination angle of less than 15°. 3 Main parameters of elevators
3.1 Rated loadwww.bzxz.net
40,100,250kg
3.2 Rated speed

4 Car and shaft
4.1 The dimensions of the car and shaft of the V-type elevator determined according to the main parameters of the elevator shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.2 In order to prevent people from entering the car, the dimensions of the car shall comply with: a) The bottom area shall not exceed 1.0m;
b) The depth shall not exceed 1.0m
c) The height shall not exceed 1.2m.
If the car consists of several fixed intervals and each interval meets the above requirements, the total height of the car is allowed to exceed 1.20m. 4.3 The specified horizontal dimensions of the shaft are the minimum clearance dimensions measured with a plumb bob. The allowable deviation value is: when the height is <30m: 0~+25mm.
Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on October 16, 1997 and implemented on June 1, 1998
