6.1 Inspection classification
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Unqualified classification
Unqualified is divided into the importance of unit product quality according to quality characteristics: a. Class A unqualified: extremely important quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements; Class B unqualified: important quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements; b.
Class C unqualified: general quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements. 6.3 Factory inspection
6.3.1 All products leaving the factory are inspected. 6.3.2 Inspection items
Inspection items and categories are shown in Table 2.
Inspection items
6.3.3 Qualification of individual products
Classification of non-conformance
A single product is considered qualified when it meets the following conditions: no non-conformance items of category A or B appear;
no three or more non-conformance items of category C appear. 6.4 Type inspection
6.4.1 Type inspection is generally carried out in one of the following situations. a.
When new products are trial-produced or old products are transferred to other factories for production;C-type

6.4.4 Type inspection qualification judgment
Type inspection is qualified when one of the following conditions is met: the two sample units inspected do not have Class A unqualified items and more than one Class B unqualified items, nor do they have more than 4 a.
C-type unqualified items, and the total number of unqualified items in one sample unit does not exceed 3; b. In the two sample units inspected, there are no Class A unqualified items and more than 3 Class B unqualified items, nor Class C unqualified items, and the total number of unqualified items in one sample unit does not exceed 4, then the same items of the other two samples to be inspected are allowed to be re-inspected, and all these items should be qualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
