Ignite the lamp under the test conditions for 15 minutes, and then measure the voltage at both ends of the lamp. 5.3.1.2 Luminous flux measurement band
Under the test conditions of the lamp, to ensure the measurement accuracy, use a 1m integrating sphere for power below 350W and a 2m integrating sphere for power between 350~1000W. For lamps with power above 1000W, use a goniophotometer to measure, and the measurement error is required to be less than 5%. 5.3.2 Average life test
Place the lamp in a special light box similar to the actual use. The lamp with rated power less than 1000)W The test current is the rated current. GB/T 15041--94
For lamps with a power of 1000W or less, the current should be 80% of the rated current in the first half of the life and 80% of the rated current in the second half of the life. 90% of the rated current value. During the life test, the device is shut down once every 2 hours, and each shutdown time is not less than 15 minutes. The shutdown time is not included in the life time. During the survival test, damage caused by mechanical and circuit failures should not be counted. It is allowed to replace the lamp for retest. The average life of the lamp is determined by the odd median method (2n + 1): The life of the lamp in the middle position in the sequence is determined. The luminous flux of the lamp under test should be tested at 50% and 70% of the average life value of each grade. The luminous flux should not be less than 80% of the minimum value of grade C. The life of individual lamps ( The first failed lamp) should not be less than 50% of the average life. 5.4 Appearance quality of lamps (Article 4.3)
Inspect by visual inspection or standard sample comparison method.
5.5 The bonding strength of the lamp holder (Article 4.4) is checked with a special tool, and the torque is gradually increased from 0 to the specified value. 5.6 The different axial deviation of the lamp (Article 4.5) is checked by visual method In case of disputes, the following method is used for the test: the special measuring device shown in Figure 4 is used for the measurement. When measuring, the - end of the lamp holder is vertically mounted on the special fixture, and the lamp is slowly rotated around the axis for one circle. Half the difference between the maximum and minimum readings shown on the display is the lamp misalignment value. Other equivalent methods are also allowed to be used for measurement. Figure 4
5.7 Lamp starting performance (4- 6)
The test is conducted under the condition that the insulation between the trigger high-frequency lead and the surrounding environment is kept good. 5.8 Overload performance of lamp (4.7)
After the lamp is ignited for 15 minutes, adjust the lamp The current reaches 110% of the rated value and is maintained for 1 minute. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Product inspection is divided into two categories: factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 The factory inspection and type inspection items are shown in Table 5. Serial number

Factory inspection
Type inspection
The factory inspection of lamps should be carried out in full according to the factory inspection items, and unqualified products should be eliminated. 6.3
Type inspection of lamps shall be carried out at least once a year and in the following circumstances: when new product design is scheduled;
when old products are transferred to other factories for production;
when there are major changes in the design, process or main raw materials used in the lamp; when production is resumed after more than one year;
when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection: Technical requirements
Test method
5. 3. 1. 1
Samples for type inspection shall be randomly selected from lamps that have passed the inspection. The average life test shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.3.2. The other items shall be carried out in accordance with the secondary sampling plan of GB2829 discrimination level [, and the unqualified quality level (RQL value) is 65, and the corresponding judgment array is A., R. *[
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

7. 1. 1 The lamp shall have the following markings:
model,
manufacturer's trademark,
manufacture date or serial number. The lamp packaging box shall have the following markings:
model and name of the lamp;
manufacturer's name and trademark,
code of this standard.
The following markings should be clearly and firmly marked on the outer packaging box: lamp model, name and quantity,
manufacturer name and address,

Type inspection of lamps shall be carried out at least once a year and in the following circumstances: when new product design is scheduled;
when old products are transferred to other factories for production;
when there are major changes in the design, process or main raw materials used in the lamp; when production is resumed after more than one year;
when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection: Technical requirements
Test method
