3 Technical requirements
3.1 Brand
The brand of materials shall be marked in accordance with the provisions of GB4309. 3.2 Material
The chemical composition and physical and mechanical properties of the material are shown in Table 1.4 Inspection method
4.1 Sampling
The sample used for inspection of the material shall be made from the same batch of the same type of powder under the same process conditions; if the user requires to remove the sample from the part to measure the mechanical properties, it shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties, and the sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5957. 4.2 Chemical analysis
The chemical analysis method of the material shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB223.1 and GB223.7. Combined carbon is allowed to be evaluated by metallographic method Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on September 23, 1993 and implemented on August 1, 1994

4.3 Density
The material density refers to the overall dry density (without oil), and shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB5163. 4.4 Mechanical properties
4.4.1 Tensile properties
The tensile properties of the material shall be prepared according to the provisions of GB7963 and tested according to the provisions of GB7964. 4.4.2 Impact toughness
The impact toughness of the material shall be prepared according to the provisions of GB5318 and tested according to the provisions of GB9096. 4.4.3 Apparent hardness
The apparent hardness of the material shall be tested according to the provisions of GB9097. Table 1
