The frequency sweep mode shall be logarithmic or linear, with a logarithmic sweep speed of 10ctave/min and a linear sweep speed of 15Hz/min. Observe whether there is resonance. 5.5.3 Durability test
The durability test of the instrument adopts a fixed frequency test method. The test is carried out at the dangerous frequency found in the initial vibration inspection. If no obvious dangerous frequency is found in the initial vibration response inspection, a 2h durability vibration test should be carried out at a frequency of 30Hz, and the acceleration amplitude of the test should be ±7m/s.
5.5.4 Inspection after vibration
After vibration, check whether the instrument has mechanical damage, and inspect it according to Articles 3.1 to 3.5 of GB1226. 5.6 Permanent luminous agent inspection
Put the instrument in a dark room for 30min, and observe it visually. It should meet the requirements of Article 4.8 of this standard. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
The instrument shall be inspected for factory inspection according to the items specified in Article 4.1 of GB1226 one by one, and can only be shipped after passing the inspection. 6.2 Type testWww.bzxZ.net
