Some standard content:
National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Inspection of vegetable oils
Methods for determination of foreign matter This standard applies to the determination of impurities in commercial vegetable oils. Impurities in vegetable oils are residues that are insoluble in organic solvents such as petroleum ether. Instruments and appliances
1.1 Vacuum pump;www.bzxz.net
1.2 Vacuum bottle;
1.3 Safety bottle;
1.4 No. 2 glass sand core funnel:
1.5 Rubber hose;
1.8 Weighing blood;
1.7 Tweezers, measuring cylinder, glass rod;
1.8 Balance: sensitivity 0.0001g.
2 Reagents
2.1 Petroleum ether (boiling range 60~90℃)
2.2 95% ethanol;
2.3 Acid-washed asbestos;
2.4 Absorbent cotton;
2.5 Quantitative filter paper (to replace asbestos), etc.
3 Operation method
GB/T5529-85
3.1 Prepare the vacuum device: connect the vacuum pump, safety bottle and vacuum bottle with a hose. Use water to separate the asbestos into coarse and fine parts. Use coarse asbestos first and then fine asbestos to pave the glass sand core funnel (about 3mm thick). First, pour water into the funnel along the glass rod to wash it, and then use a small amount of ethanol and petroleum ether to wash it successively. After the petroleum ether is evaporated, send the funnel into a 105℃ electric oven and dry it until the weight difference between the two times does not exceed 0.001g. 3.2 Filter impurities: weigh 15-20g (W) of the mixed sample into a beaker, add 20-25ml petroleum ether (95% ethanol for sesame oil), stir with a glass rod to dissolve the sample, pour into the funnel, use petroleum ether to cleanly wash the impurities in the beaker into the funnel, and then use petroleum ether to wash the impurities several times until there is no oil trace. 3.3 Dry impurities: Use absorbent cotton to clean the outside of the funnel and dry it at 105℃ to constant weight (W1). 4 Result calculation
Impurity content is calculated according to the following formula:
Impurity (%) = -
Impurity weight, g;
Where: W1
w—sample weight, g.
—×100
The allowable difference between the two test results does not exceed 0.04%. The average is the measurement result. The measurement result is rounded to the second decimal place.
Additional Notes:
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. This standard was drafted by the Grain Storage and Transportation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce. The main drafters of this standard are Gao Xiuwu, Yang Haoran, Wu Yanxia, and Lv Guifen. It was issued by the National Bureau of Standards on November 2, 1985.
It was implemented on July 1, 1986.
