According to the immunological principle, STLV-1 antigen detection is used to obtain STLV-1 antibodies in serum. Main test materials and equipment
4.1 Reagents
4.1.1 Antigen Slice
HTLV-1 infection case MT4 cells are inoculated for 1014 days and centrifuged at 800t/min for 5-10 minutes, washed with PBS, and smeared. When the net is dried at room temperature, irradiate at 20cm under UV light for 30min, fix with cold acetone for 10min and store at -20℃. 4.1.2 Antisera
Serum obtained from HTLV-1 antigen immunization.
4-1-3 Negative serum
Serum obtained from HTLV-1 and STLV-1 immune immunity.
41.4 Enzyme-conjugated specific
Horseradish peroxide alcohol labeled sheep or rabbit anti-membrane IgG antibody. 4.1.5 Isoacyloxyacid fluorescein labeled sheep or rabbit anti-IgG antibody. 4.2 Equipment
4.2-1 Fluorescence microscope
4.2-237℃ incubator or water bath.
