Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, dimensions, technical requirements and relevant use regulations of horizontal lifting cover with neck flat welding flange manhole made of carbon steel and low alloy steel.
This standard is applicable to horizontal lifting cover with neck flat welding flange manhole with nominal pressure PN1.0~1.6MPa and working temperature limited to the range specified in Table 3-2 according to material category. Note: The working temperature in Table 3-2 is only applicable to the pressure-bearing parts of the manhole, excluding gaskets. The working temperature of the gasket should be determined according to the corresponding gasket standard.

The technical requirements of manholes shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 "Technical Conditions" in HG21514. 5

Nominal pressure PN1.0, nominal diameter DN450, H, = 290, RF type sealing surface adopts straight material, and the gasket adopts asbestos rubber sheet gasket. The specified marking symbol of horizontal hanging cover with neck flat welding flange manhole is: A hole RF (A·G) 450--1.0HG215 For the above manhole with 23-95H1=330 (non-standard size), the specified marking symbol is: Manhole RFI (A·G) 450-1.0Hi-330HG21523-9593
