This standard specifies the types and dimensions of raised face welded neck plate loose sleeve steel pipe flanges with nominal pressure PN of 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 and 4.0MPa.

PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5 and PN4.0MPa The types of raised face welded ring plate loose sleeve steel pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1, and the sizes shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 4.
4 Technical requirements for flanges
4.1 The technical requirements for flanges shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9124. 4.2 The maximum non-impact working pressure of flanges at different temperatures shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Standard Appendix) of GB/T9124-2000. Www.bzxZ.net
4.3 The welding joint type and groove size of flanges shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Suggestive Appendix) of GB/T9124~2000. 5 Marking
5.1 Flanges should be marked according to nominal diameter, nominal pressure, sealing surface type code, matching steel pipe series code (the matching metric pipe code is "Series II", and the matching British pipe is not marked) and standard number. 5.2 The type code of the flange sealing surface should comply with the provisions of GB/T9112. 5.3 Marking example
