3 Requirements
Interchangeability of milling cutter and cutter bar
Synchronous belt ruler
Technical conditions for pulley and die hobbing cutter
5.1 Application: straight tooth belt die.
3.2 The type and size of the cutting tool shall be in accordance with the provisions of 1 and Table [1]. Approved by the National Bureau of Machinery Industry on October 8, 1999. Implemented on March 8, 2000. 12,700. Card No. JB/Tr0156-1999. 3.3 The door shall be made of single head, with the space between the two ends being the vertical axis of the cutting tool. 3.4 The front angle of the rolling element shall be 0°. 3.5 The axial dimension of the cutting tool shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A (Appendix of the standard), and the calculation size of the rolling element shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B (Appendix of the standard). 3.6 The mean dimension and deviation along the cutting edge shall comply with the provisions of G9T6132. 3. Marking example:
The pitch ratio of the die hob is 12.700mm: die hob 12.700J Japan/110156-19993.8 Other technical requirements are in accordance with 1B/110158-19992
