General evaluation elements are necessary factors for considering and evaluating the professional ethics, professional accomplishment, professional knowledge, and professional general ability of professional managers. 4 Professional ethics
4.1 Honesty
Be loyal to the enterprise, abide by the contract, pay taxes according to law, and gain the trust of customers and employees: emphasize honesty, honor promises, and safeguard the interests of enterprises and consumers. 4.2 Fair performance of duties
Be impartial and implement the system equally: perform duties and fulfill the contract reached with the enterprise. 4.3 Social responsibility
Focus on service quality and protect the rights and safety of consumers: provide employees with a good working environment and development opportunities, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees; promote enterprise development and increase employment opportunities; focus on energy conservation and emission reduction, protect the ecological environment; participate in social welfare undertakings. 4.4 Avoidance of competition
