This standard specifies the requirements and inspection methods for the pre-adjustment inspection, working accuracy of portable cutting machines and planers. This standard is applicable to portable cutting machines with a width of 8C to 1250mm and gantry cutting machines. 2 Reference standards

3 General requirements
3. [Refer to Article 3.1 of JB2670 to adjust the level of the machine. Place a water level gauge at both ends of the bed in the longitudinal and transverse directions. The reading in the horizontal direction should not exceed 0.040/1010. 3.2 During the inspection, the actual inspection order shall be arranged according to the inspection tools and inspection force of the standard. 3.3 During the working precision inspection, the test piece shall be inspected on the precision planer. 3.4 Ring adjustment inspection will inspect 01GC2.GC3 during assembly, and no re-inspection will be done after load test. 3.5 When the actual measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance will be converted according to the length of the measuring plate specified in 2.3.1.1 of J12670. When the conversion result is less than 0.005 mm, it will still be calculated as 0.005 mm. 3. The force direction parallel to the bed rail is called the longitudinal direction, and the horizontal direction perpendicular to the weaving direction is called the loss direction.
