This standard has revised HG/T2274—92 "Silicon-magnesium semi-self-fluxing phosphate ore for calcium-magnesium phosphate fertilizers". In this revision, based on the domestic resource situation, taking full account of the use requirements, and combining with relevant standards, the technical indicators of P205≥20.0%MgO≥3.0% in the previous version were cancelled, and the others were retained as qualified products; the writing rules were carried out in accordance with GB/T1.1-1993. This standard replaces the chemical industry standard HG/T2274-92 of the Ministry of Chemical Industry from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Industry Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is the Chemical Industry Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The participating drafting units of this standard are: Jingxiang Phosphorus Chemical Industry Company, Xinyang Phosphate Fertilizer Factory, etc. The main drafters of this standard are: Wang Heping, Zhao Zhiquan, Wang Hailiang. This standard was first issued in March 1992.

4.1 The preparation of analytical samples of siliceous and magnesia semi-self-fluxing phosphate ore for calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1868. 4.2 The determination of phosphorus pentoxide (P20s) content shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1871.1. 4.3 The determination of magnesium oxide (MgO) content shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1871.5. 4.4 The determination of silicon dioxide (SiO2) content shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1873. 4.5 The determination of alumina (A120s) content shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1871.3. 4.6 The determination of particle size shall be carried out by visual method or GB/T2007.7. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The sampling of analysis samples of siliceous and magnesian semi-self-fluxing phosphate ore for calcium-magnesium phosphate fertilizer shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1868. 5.2 Ores of the same grade and sent to the same user at the same time are considered as one batch. 5.3 Each batch of ore shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the production unit, and the production unit shall ensure that the phosphate ore supplied meets the technical requirements of this standard.
5.4 The user has the right to inspect the quality of the received phosphate rock in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If there is any objection, it should be raised within 15 days after the arrival of the goods.
5.5 This standard adopts the "rounded value comparison method" specified in GB/T1250 to determine whether the inspection results meet the requirements of the standard. 5.6 When the supply and demand parties have objections to product quality and need arbitration, the relevant product quality arbitration provisions in the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" should be followed.
6 Marking, labeling, packaging
6.1 Each batch of phosphate rock should have a quality manual, which includes the name of the production unit, product name, product grade, quality index, product net weight, batch number, delivery date and this standard number. 6.2 Phosphate rock from different delivery batches should be stacked separately. 2
