This standard specifies the type, size and technical requirements of columnar separators, JE/T2001.5U-190
and JB205.-81
This standard is used for columnar separators for pumping stations with a nominal pressure of 31.5M4 and water and air as the medium. 2 Types and sizes
1.1 Type A: The type and size of the high-support separator tank shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1. The base channel should be designed to be conical in width to maximize the open space when the base strength is sufficient. 2.2B: The type and size of the low-support separator tank shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figure 2 and Table 2. It is applicable when the entire station area is overhead: 2.3 The technical dimensions of Type A and B separators are shown in Figure 1. 3 Technical requirements 3.1 The gas connection is equipped with an upward gas-guiding auxiliary plate to prevent the gas from directly rushing into the water level indicator and affecting the accuracy of the water level indicator. 3.2 Except for the specially provided convex pad, the tank body shall not be connected to it. 3.3 Due to the reasons of technology and material, the thickness of the super body is different, and the strength is guaranteed to be safe under 31.5m2. 4 Marking example
