1.2.1 The product is delivered in block form, the block size range is 10~15mm, and the particle size below 10×10mm shall not exceed 5% of the total batch. A small amount of block size is allowed in one direction with a maximum size of 18mm. 1.2.2 If the user has requirements, we can provide products with different particle sizes of 10~100mm, 10~~50mm, and below 10mm. 2.1 Sampling
The sampling of samples for chemical analysis shall be carried out in accordance with GB4010-83 "Method for preparing samples for chemical analysis of ferroalloys". 2.2 Sample preparation
The preparation of samples for chemical analysis shall be carried out in accordance with GB433-84 "Method for preparing samples for chemical analysis of ferroalloys". 2.3 Chemical analysis
The chemical analysis of ferrous iron shall be carried out in accordance with GB5059.1~5059.1-85 "Method for chemical analysis of ferrous iron". Approved by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 23, 1987 and implemented on July 1, 1988
3 Inspection rules
CB 3649-87
3.1 Quality inspection and acceptance
The quality inspection and acceptance of products shall comply with the requirements of GB3650-83 "General provisions for acceptance, packaging, storage, transportation, marking and quality certificates of ferroalloys".
3.2 Batch
3.2.1 Batch by furnace method
Products are delivered in batches of one furnace or as agreed by both parties. When batching by furnace, the difference between the highest or lowest combined lead content in each batch and the average sample lead content shall not exceed 3%.
3.2.2 Batch by grade method
Batch by grade method is that a batch of delivered products is composed of several furnaces of lead iron of one brand. The difference in molybdenum content between the furnaces that constitute a batch of delivered products should not be greater than 3% (absolute value).
4 Packaging, storage, transportation, marking and quality certificate 4.1 Packaging
The product is packed in barrels, with a net weight of 100kg per barrel. If the buyer has special requirements for packaging, the supply and demand parties can negotiate to resolve the issue. 4.2 Storage and transportation
The packaged products should be stored in a warehouse. When shipped, a covered car should be used. If it is shipped outdoors or by car, it must be covered with a tarpaulin to prevent water seepage or impurities from entering the parts. Mixed batches and numbers are not allowed during storage and transportation. 4.3 Marking
The product packaging should be painted with obvious markings. The finished product label should be attached to the packaging. The content of the marking and label should comply with the requirements of GB3650-83.
4.4 Quality certificate 15
At the same time as delivery, the supplier should issue a product quality certificate number, and the content of the certificate should comply with the requirements of GB3650-83. Additional instructions:
