3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements

3.1.1 Products shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 The materials of all parts shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity, otherwise they shall be tested and assayed and can only be used after passing the test. 3.1.3 All castings, forgings and welded parts shall comply with the current standards. Under the premise of ensuring quality, defects that do not affect use and appearance may be repaired according to the prescribed technical documents. 3.1.4 Dimensions without tolerances marked on the drawings shall comply with the provisions of Class m in GB/T1804. 3.2 Main parts
3.2.1 Rope pulley
3.2.1.1 The material shall comply with the provisions of ZG310-570 steel in GB/T11352. 3.2.1.2 The cylindricality of the inner hole shall comply with the provisions of Grade 8 in GB/1184. 3.2.1.3 The circular runout tolerance of the outer circle and the end face to the inner hole axis shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000

3.2.1.4 The surface of the rope groove shall be quenched, the depth of the hardened layer is 2.5~3mm, and the hardness is 35~40HRC. 3.2.2 Shaft
3.2.2.1 The material shall comply with the provisions of 45 steel in GB/T699. 3.2.2.2 After rough machining, it shall be tempered and hardened to a hardness of 220~250HB. 3.2.2.3 The cylindricality of the bearing installation shall comply with the provisions of Grade 7 in GBT1184. 3.2.2.4 The bearing installation shall be surface hardened, with a hardened layer depth of 2~3mm and a hardness of 40~45HRC. 3.2.3 Bracket and small bracket
3.2.3.1 The material of the splint and small splint shall comply with the provisions of Q345 in GB/T1591. mm
3.2.3.2 The splint and small splint shall be straightened after stamping. For the splint, its flatness is 1.5mm in the whole length; for the small splint, its flatness is 1mm in the whole length. 3.2.4 Paint
3.2.4.1 Before painting, the product must be free of burrs, rust and oil stains. 3.2.4.2 The painted surface should be uniform and complete. The non-machined surface of the rope pulley is painted with red paint, and the non-machined surfaces such as the bracket and bearing seat are painted with grass green paint. 3.3 Assembly
3.3.1 All parts must be inspected and qualified before assembly. 3.3.2
The round runout of the rope pulley end face is 0.5mm.
The straight line deviation of the connecting line of each rope groove vertex of the cable pulley is ±0.5mm for TD2 type and ±1.0mm for TD4 type. 3.3.3
3.3.4The outer swing angle of the small bracket of the TD4 cable pulley shall not be less than 10%. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 The cable pulley should rotate flexibly without any jamming. 4.2 After the product passes the inspection, the quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall issue a quality certificate. 5 Marking and packaging
5.1 The product label shall be fixed in a conspicuous position on the product. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and the following contents shall be marked: a) Product name:

f Manufacturer name.
5.2 The packaging shall comply with GB/T13384 and the relevant transportation requirements of railways, highways and shipping. 5.3 The following technical documents are attached:
