Shutdown and normal operation, and scrapping due to safety reasons. 7 Determination of the safety of the separator
7.! The following requirements of the separator are key items. If one of them fails to meet the requirements, the machine performance is judged to be unqualified: a) Protective device:
) Material performance and chemical analysis of the main load-bearing parts of the drum and the fixed shaft:
) Welder qualification certification;
) Detection qualification certification:
) Follow-up assessment;
) Main load-bearing parts of the drum:
1) Forgings (drum body, drum cover locking carbon card flaw detection: main shaft, drum body heat treatment and after heat treatment detection; k) Drum running flat cycle.
7.2, the second safety requirement of this material standard is the key item. In judging the safety performance of high-altitude cranes, in addition to the key items that must meet the requirements of this standard, the above-mentioned major items must meet the requirements of this standard. The appendix of the standard is the safety inspection form for high-altitude cranes. During the actual inspection, additional tests can be conducted on this form according to the weight of the crane. The inspection items of this item shall be counted as qualified. 7.3.1 "Standard requirements\" column should be filled in with the following provisions: a) For the standard with specified value, write the specified value, such as alarm, sound value; b) For the item that requires safety, fill in the standard number: 7.3.1 "Actual inspection conditions" should be filled in with 5
.JR8686-1998
" For the product that has specified value, fill in the actual measured value of the standard test, such as low noise: b) For the item that requires safety, fill in "special compliance\or\non-compliance" 7.3.3 If necessary, write the items that are not required: 8 Safety requirements and measures in the selection and maintenance of separators 1 Users of separators should select people who have received technical training as safety management personnel of separators, 8.2. The operator shall be educated on the safety of the operator to prevent accidents and personal injury. 3.
