5.1 Method for determining moisture regain or moisture content in quantitative analysis of chemical composition of raw ramie (raw ramie) 5.1.1 Sample preparation
Randomly select from the mixed ramie sample and make a single sample weighing about 5g, a total of 3. 5.1.2 Test steps
Put the samples in weighing bottles of known weight and weigh them accurately on a precision analytical balance, place them in an electric constant temperature drying oven at 105-110℃ and dry them to constant weight (the difference between the two weights should not exceed 0.02% of the latter weight), take them out and quickly put them in a desiccator to cool for 30±5 min, and accurately weigh the total weight of the ramie sample and the weighing bottle and record them. 5.2 Method for determining moisture regain and moisture content separately 5.2.1 Sample preparation

Randomly select two samples of a certain weight from the mixed and sorted ramie samples. Each sample of raw ramie (raw ramie) and refined ramie (including oil-free refined ramie) weighs about 30g, and each sample of water ramie and oil ramie weighs about 50g. 5.2.2 Test steps
Place the samples one by one in the hanging basket of a constant temperature drying oven and weigh them quickly and record them. Then dry them at 105-110℃ to constant weight (weigh them once every 10 minutes, and the difference between the two weights should not exceed 0.05% of the weight of the latter one), and record them. 6 Calculation method
6.1 Moisture regain
The moisture regain of ramie is calculated according to formula (1):
