This standard specifies the cutting rules that should be followed for a certain material and is applicable to all enterprises for cutting of the same material. Cutting should also comply with the provisions of /T8, [2 Referenced Standards
The following standards contain the provisions. Through reference in this standard, they constitute the meaning of this standard. When this standard is issued, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. Preparation before Cutting
3. Check the specifications, size, quantity, etc. on the cutting list. 3.2 Check whether the specifications are consistent with the requirements of the cutting list. Material substitution must be strictly followed. 3.3 Check whether the appearance quality of the right material (pool marks, delamination, deformation, corrosion, etc.) meets the relevant quality regulations. 3.4 Put the material lists of the same material and specifications used for different workpieces into consideration to consider whether they can be used. 3.5 and materials
3.5.1 With irregular shapes, such as vehicle reports, general plans, etc., when cutting, the irregular parts must be left out. 3.52 When cutting, the material should be cut in a special way, and the appropriate margin should be cut. 3 If there is no equipment for cutting the fixed-length baffle, the size requirements must be measured before cutting, and the work must be reliable. 4 Cutting
4.1 Before cutting
4.1.1 Steel, shearing is also preferred for cutting. 4.1.2: When cutting, the cutting blade must be sharp and should be adjusted according to the original material board. See Appendix A (for the reduction of the H block. 4.1.3 The material head after cutting must ensure that the pressure plate of the pelletizing bed is pressed. 4.1.4 When cutting, the irregular ends should be removed first. 4.1.5 The edge section should not be torn or pressed. 4.2 Before cutting, the cutting system should be replaced according to the thickness of the material to be cut: refer to Appendix B (for the reduction of the door, adjust the belt length, and ignite the test vehicle. 4.2. 1
Rear marking agent.
4.2.2 Gas cutting, each side should be properly added, the gas cutting machine outside the spare belt with the attached rope
4.2.3 After gas cutting, the gas cutting surface should be polished clean of oxides. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on November 16, 1998 and implemented on December 1, 1998
