4 Testing and Inspection

4.1 Each batch of flexible graphite materials should be physically and mechanically inspected For performance testing, all indicators should comply with the provisions of Article 3.1. 4.1.1 Density test is in accordance with ZBJ22009.
4.1.2 Tensile strength test according to ZBJ22010. 4.1.3 Rebound rate test according to ZBJ22012.
4.1.4 Ash content test according to ZBJ22013.
4.1.5 Fixed carbon content test is in accordance with ZBJ22014. 4.2 The seals should be 100% visually inspected, and the surface should be smooth without obvious bubbles, cracks, wrinkles, scratches, impurities and other defects. 4.3 The dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance of seals should comply with the provisions of Articles 3.3 to 3.6. 4.4 Take 10% of the first batch of products of the same specification (but not less than 2 pieces) for a sealing test.
