3.! The error specified in the test method is only to ensure the accuracy requirements of the design, manufacture and use of continuous feeding equipment in engineering technology.
3.2 The number of decimal places after the analysis result should be consistent with the number of decimal places after the allowable error stated in the test method. 3.3 During the use of the belt, on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the measuring station, other test methods are not excluded. 3.4 The volumetric surface, balance, scale and other instruments used should be checked for accuracy within the valid calibration period, and should be calibrated regularly according to the actual use and relevant scales and instruments. 3.5 The sample to be dried should be dried in an oven with a temperature of [05±5°C. When the sample is placed in an oven with a temperature of [05°C+5°C and weighed to the value, the time between two consecutive weighings shall not be less than 3: When the difference between the two weighing values is not greater than the accuracy required by the test, it is called the constant weight value. 3. (Each test item shall be accompanied by a corresponding test report, which shall include: a) Test item name; b) Test material name, variety and origin; c) Test result calculation formula, test result calculation and value; d) Test result evaluation; e) Test date and test personnel, etc. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on June 28, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000. 4 Sampling JHT90142-1959 4.1 Samples of surface properties shall be taken from the seeds of the raw materials in the batch. 4.2 The initial sample shall be no less than 10 pieces, and the total material volume shall be no less than 2 times of the test volume (Table 1). 4.3 The initial sample can be selected in the following situations: 1) When the belt test is carried out in the conveying field, the sample shall be drawn in the interval between the batches of the conveying materials. When the material is evenly charged and the transportation is stopped, the width of the material pile and the material transportation equipment can be adjusted within a certain time interval. 2) When sampling from the uniform pile, every 300m (500m\) is a batch, and it is also considered as one batch. The sample can be From the material body, different positions and directions are selected from 10 points at random. We should avoid taking high-protection and surface materials; when taking samples from the bagged materials, we should use 10 different positions and degrees to pull. 4.4 After the samples are mixed, they can be reduced to the required material scale (Table 1) and Table 4 for the test according to the quartering method. tt||Exterior paint inspection angle

4.5.2 The sampled materials should be placed on a clean concrete grading and metal display platform for mixing and shrinking to avoid other objects from getting in the way or blocking the materials
4.5.3 The sampled materials shall not be piled in places exposed to sunlight or strong winds. Mix and reduce to prevent the moisture content of the material from being lost in the air.
4.5.4 The sampled material must maintain its original condition before sampling and must not be artificially crushed during the sampling process. The sampler or other methods that may cause the material to swell should be adopted to obtain the sample.
