Question content and scope of application
This standard specifies the test conditions, test equipment and test procedures for the wear resistance of agricultural tires. This standard is applicable to the determination of the wear resistance of agricultural drive tires with an outer diameter of 500 to 1100 mm. 2 Reference standards

3 Test conditions and equipment
3.1 The test room temperature is 30±5

The double drum testing machine consists of a pair of drums that can cause the tested tire to slip and a mechanism that can apply sufficient stable vertical load to it, as shown in the following schematic diagram.

The diameter of the double drum is 300mm, and the width of the drum should be greater than the width of the running surface of the tested tire after inflation; the center distance of the double drum is 410-420mm;
The double drum is inlaid with 30 strips with a thickness of 10 mm and a width of 31 mm steel plate, on which diamond grooves are engraved at an angle of 60° to the edge, with a groove pitch of 15 to 17 mm and a width of 2 to 3 mm. The long side of the steel plate has a chamfer of 1×45°. Measuring instruments and parameters Measuring accuracy
Barometer: tire pressure measurement accuracy +5 kPa; Thermometer: ambient temperature measurement accuracy ±1°C; Scale: tire mass weighing accuracy ±5 g;
Tread block depth measuring ruler: measurement accuracy ±0.25 mm. 5 Test steps
5. 1 Test preparation
5.1.1 Weigh the tire of the test tire that meets the requirements of HG/T 2177, GB/T 1192 or GB2979. 5.1.2 Install the test tire on the wheel sheath that meets the requirements of GB/T1192 or GB2979. 5.1.3 Inflate to GB/T1192 or GB2979. The maximum air pressure value corresponding to the specified tire level shall be checked and adjusted to the specified air pressure value after parking at least 3 hours at the specified ambient temperature. The test can be carried out after parking for 15 minutes. 5.1.4 The depth of the tread block shall be measured before the test. The depth of the tread block in the extended rotation plane of the tire at 1/2 of the center line from the shoulder to the crown shall be used as the standard. 4 points shall be measured for each tire and the average value shall be taken. The reinforcement ribs at the bottom of the tread shall be avoided during the measurement. 5.1.5 Install the tire on the double drum tester. 5.2 Test

Note: ① If the tread pattern of the outer tire has a driving direction, the rotation direction indicated by the arrow on the sidewall shall be the forward direction. \W\ indicates the maximum load of the tire.

5.2.2 During the test, the rotation speed of the double drum should be controlled so that the tire under test and the drum surface produce an average relative sliding speed of 7.3cm/s. 5.2.3 The test should be carried out continuously, but it is allowed to stop the machine for no more than 5 minutes for observation, cleaning the worn rubber and adjusting the load. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, the machine should be stopped or the test should be terminated in time. 5.2.4 The allowable difference between the test load and sliding speed of the test machine is ±4%. 5.3 Measurement after the test
5.3.1 Measure the air pressure immediately after the test and make a record. 5.3.2 Check the changes in the appearance of the tire. 5.3.3 Measure the tread depth according to the provisions of Article 5.1.4. 5. 3.4 Remove the wheel, remove the inner tube, and weigh the outer tire. 6 Evaluation of test results
The test results are evaluated by the worst tire quality before and after the test, the difference in tread depth and other damage conditions. 6. 1
